38B20R and was replaced with 55B28L!!! Battery polarity was reversed and wire harness are stretched to accomodate a wrong battery!
Weight Reduction
1. Honda engineers insist a 35AH battery on the JDM Type R vs 40AH- This is only half of the story
2. Battery tray removed, box shrunk in size, battery stand is smaller and battery terminals are made smaller and lighter to reduce weight!
3. The items circled are SR3-Civic generic (export models) vs ST7-ITR purpose built for JDM
